About Me
MY NAME IS kyle
When I first started running track in middle school, I had such bad shin splints pain my parents took me to a podiatrist. He took one look at my flat feet and told me I wasn’t built for running. Since then, I’ve completed three 100-mile races, broken 5-minutes in the mile and 3-hours in the marathon, and ran around Mont Blanc.
On the bike, I started off racing road for years - including competing in some of the most challenging stage races on the West Coast. Later, my focus shifted to mountain and gravel racing, including an age-group podium at California’s Lost & Found Gravel Grinder.

As a coach, my mission is to help other athletes achieve whatever their goals. Whether that’s your first 5K, a marathon PR or running 100-miles, I’ll work with you to create a sustainable training approach and achieve meaningful results. Let’s make upward progress!
